About this trip
What a Cordelia Cruise trip looks like
The practical appeal is what it removes: no international flight, no visa on the domestic routes, and boarding from a port you can reach by train. That makes it the easiest first cruise for most Indian travellers.
Sailings run mainly out of Mumbai and Chennai, calling at Goa, Kochi, Lakshadweep or Sri Lanka depending on the route and the season. Two to five nights is the usual range.
As with any cruise, the cabin category and the sailing are the two decisions. Shore excursions at each port are booked separately, and we quote them with the fare so the total is clear up front.

Where you actually go
Mumbai
The main embarkation port, and the one most sailings leave from and return to.
Chennai
The east-coast home port, used for the sailings that run down towards Sri Lanka.
Kochi
A port call on the west-coast routes, and an embarkation port on some sailings.
Goa
A day ashore for the beaches or the old churches at Panjim, on most west-coast routes.
Lakshadweep
A lagoon call on some sailings: water sports and a beach day off the ship.
Visakhapatnam
An east-coast call, with the beaches and the submarine museum ashore.
Sea days
No port at all, and on a short sailing the day the ship itself has to earn its keep.

Are the prices per person?+
We quote per person on twin sharing, and we quote per enquiry rather than publishing a rate. Prices move with your travel dates, the cabin category and availability on the day you book. A published number would be wrong for most people who read it.
Can I change the cabin or the sailing?+
Yes, up to the point of booking. Tell us what you want changed (a different cabin category, a different deck, an earlier or later sailing) and we requote it before anything is confirmed.
Is the visa included?+
It depends on the embarkation country and every port the sailing calls at. We confirm the full set for your specific sailing and passport before you pay anything.
When is the best time to go?+
Year round, by route; the west-coast sailings avoid the monsoon months. Travelling outside that window is usually cheaper, and we will tell you honestly what you would be trading away.
What do you need to confirm the booking?+
